Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full — including delivery. Just send us a photo within 14 days of receipt, and please check everything before hanging or pasting anything up. If the item cannot be replaced, we will refund you within 14 days. Every mural and Facet tile is printed to order from your chosen image, crop and measurements, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect measurements or customer error.

Print & Installed orders can be cancelled before installation, within 14 days of ordering. We'll deduct the cost of any mural already printed for you and any work already carried out. Once your mural has been installed, the order can't be cancelled. This doesn't affect your rights if anything is faulty — see our terms for the full details.
