Cookie Policy

This policy explains how www.featurewall.co.uk, operated by Allsigns and Display Ltd trading as FeatureWall, uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in the same way. They help the site function, remember your choices, and — where you agree — help us understand how the site is used.

Your choice

When you first visit our site, we ask whether you accept non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are always used because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookie for our site in your browser, which will bring the banner back, or by adjusting your browser settings.

The cookies we use

Essential cookies — these keep the site working. They remember your shopping basket, keep your session secure, and record your cookie choice so we do not ask you on every page. These do not require consent because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — these help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, for example which pages are viewed. They are only set if you accept them on the cookie banner. If you decline or do not choose, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored on your device; Google's tag still sends basic, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed or an order was placed), without identifiers that recognise you, so we can measure our advertising in aggregate. Analytics data is collected by Google on our behalf; see our Privacy Notice for more on third-party providers and international transfers.

Advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest) — if you accept, we use the Meta Pixel (for Facebook and Instagram), the Google Ads tag, the TikTok Pixel and the Pinterest Tag. These tell each platform which of our pages you viewed and whether you added something to your basket or placed an order, so we can measure which of our adverts work and show our adverts to people who have visited our site or engaged with us on those platforms (sometimes called retargeting). If you place an order after accepting these cookies, our server also sends Meta a record of the purchase, including your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so that Meta can match it to the advert you saw. Likewise, if you accepted these cookies and reached us from a Google advert, our server sends Google the advert's click reference with your order number and order value (no name, email or other contact details), so that Google can count the sale against that advert. If you decline or do not choose, the Meta, TikTok and Pinterest tags are not loaded and no advertising cookies are set; Google's tag works without cookies as described above. You can also control the adverts you see in your Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest ad settings.

Payment cookies (Stripe) — when you check out, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies needed to process your payment securely and to help prevent fraud.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working, such as the basket and checkout. Guidance for common browsers is available on their own help pages, and general information is available at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
